Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. To initiate a return, customers may contact our support team via email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization and instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, a refund will be processed to the original payment method (such as UPI, card, or wallet) within approximately 5–10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time depending on the customer’s payment provider or issuing bank. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
